The fish has been 'kept' by the teacher signifying that it has been accepted to be put up on the bulletin board.
Its a matter of pride for us that our Artist's creation will be included in the School Bulletin.

It looks just so beautiful when all done up! We used do to this when we were kids. So it brought back memories from the young days! Shall do it with my son too!
